The property is located at 9701 N.W. 89th Ave. in Beacon Station.
Construction of the facilities is expected to begin at the end of the year, and completion should be six months later.
The buyer wants to build those facilities because the existing gas station at Beacon Station is getting a lot of business, according to Stuart Gordon, a broker in the transaction. Pedro J. Garcia and Gordon of Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International represented Flagler Development Co. as the only brokers involved in the transaction.
