Weiss has handled leasing and sales transactions for clients including the Archdiocese of New York, Dime Savings Bank, Forbes, KPMG Peat Marwick, Reich & Tang, MCI, Meredith Corporation, Shearman & Sterling and Verizon. With his colleagues, Weiss recently negotiated one of the largest transactions in midtown Manhattan--the 1,062,000-sf lease for Ernst & Young's headquarters at 5 Times Square-- as well as the 400,000-sf lease to consolidate the Insurance Services Office headquarters on the New Jersey waterfront and the 450,000-sf consolidation for McCann-Erickson's worldwide headquarters at 622 Third Ave. Also active with landlord representation, Weiss has served as agent for major projects across the country comprising more than 10 million sf of office space.
