Publix, which has signed a 20-year lease for a 54,340-sf store, will be the anchor tenant.

Quoted rental rates at the center are between $22 and $36 per sf. Stiles Retail Group, a division of Stiles Corp., is the center's leasing agent. Space is available for local and national retail tenants. Also available are outparcels and second-story office suites.

Developers Jesse Gaddis and Jack Loos of Harbor Shops LLC are developing the center, which has strong retail demographics, including nearby affluent neighborhoods. Harbor Shops is scheduled to be completed next fall.
