VISTA, CA-The Shidler Group has disposed of another 18.85 acres in the Sycamore Vista Business Park, which means that it currently holds just three of the 60 acres that it originally owned in the master-planned industrial development.

Buyer Burke Sycamore Partners LP has paid nearly $8.5 million for the property, which consists of lots E, F, G, H, N, O and P in the Sycamore Vista Business Park. Located on Sycamore Avenue, the business park “has proven to be a popular project because of its proximity to highway 78 and the I-15 transportation corridor,” says Matt Root, a partner in The Shidler Group. “The strong tenant response to the buildings constructed in the park in 2002 indicate the Vista industrial submarket remains on a healthy growth curve,” he adds.
