The new owner plans to develop a retail center on the site, which is located at the southwest corner of Overland Drive and Margarita Drive. It encompasses a total of five acres.
Eli Lilly & Co. was represented by Terry Jackson and Brent Jacobs of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International in the recent transaction. Bill Barnett and Doug Hogan, who are also with Burnham Real Estate Services, acted on behalf of Pacific Development Partners.
Beverly Hills-based Pacific Development Partners has completed a number of projects located in Southern California. Among them are Niketown/Triangle Square in Costa Mesa, Kaleidoscope in Mission Viejo and a Whole Foods Market in the Hillcrest area of San Diego.
