The terms of the Cheesecake Factory's lease arrangement with Tysons Galleria owner General Growth Properties are unavailable, but according to NAI Direct, the effective rent for neighborhood service center retail space is $28 per sf, and $16 per sf for community power centers; the rate for regional malls is unavailable. "We're tight-lipped about leasing information," General Growth's leasing representative Lori Pawley tells GlobeSt.com. "But we're challenged with coming up with space for tenants. I think the Cheesecake Factory will be a big coup for us." The Cheesecake Factory joins a handful of the mall's other nationally known eateries including Daily Grill, Legal Sea Foods of Boston, Maggiano's Little Italy, and PF Chang's China Bistro.
