The two have bought out London Town's 5% stake for £894,737 ($1.4 million) and split it equally, giving them each a 50% holding in the £150 million ($240 million) project. At the same time they have paid £580,000 ($910,000) to pay off the project management contract with London Town subsidiary Jonathan Alexander.
The Wandsworth Riverside Quarter scheme will eventually provide 422 residential units including 107 affordable units and 150,000 sf of commercial space.
