McGuire will be market leader for the establishment of CBRE's project management department at its office here. She comes to the commercial real estate services firm from Keewaydin Real Estate Advisors in Minneapolis where she managed projects for clients in new properties, existing properties and leasehold improvements.
In her new role, McGuire will be responsible for providing a wide range of project management services to building owners, tenants and landlords.
Matt Nicoll, managing director for CBRE, says McGuire's strengths would help the firm to "expand and enhance our service to clients.
Los Angeles-based CBRE has about 14,000 employees at more than 250 offices worldwide, and serves real estate owners, investors and tenants.
