Sun Life sold a 113,526-sf office building located at 725 North Regional Rd. here to a private partnership. The three-story building was built in 1988 and is 100% leased to Electronic Data Systems. Sun Life acquired the building in 1993. Sun Life senior investment officer Bill Barres negotiated the sale, the proceeds from which will ultimately be used to acquire other properties.

Also this week, Sun Life said it has purchased the 14,576-sf Village Shops at Crosspoint shopping center located at 8900 Village Shops Dr. in Fairfax Station, VA. The single-story strip center was built in 1993 and is currently 100% leased to 12 tenants. Sun Life senior investment office Matt Capofreddi negotiated the purchase.
