Intervoice Inc. leased the space from Ericsson, but never moved in, Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas explains to GlobeSt.com. Now, JEH/Eagle Supply of Mansfield is taking over about one-third of the Ericsson building for the balance of Intervoice's commitment.
Spika represented the distributor while Gary Collett of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. negotiated for Intervoice. The rent's not being discussed, but it's a safe bet that the deal closed at a bargain basement rate.
Also in Dallas, Allegra Print & Imaging renewed and expanded to take the bottom line to 4,806 sf in the Greenhill Park Building at 14131 Midway Rd., owned by Dallas-based Archon Group LP. The printer's lease was negotiated between Randy Cooper, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis Inc. in Dallas, and Nick Rossini of Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas office. The tenant is part of the Allegra Network LLC, one of the world's largest printing franchises with more than 500 locations in the US, Canada, Poland and Japan.
