35,000 SF Subleased One More Time

DALLAS-JEH/Eagle Supply, a roofing materials distributor, will relocate from a metroplex suburb to industrial space at 815 Enterprise in Dallas, taking over the balance of a 24-month sublease term from Intervoice Inc.

DALLAS-A 35,000-sf sublease of a sublease has been negotiated between a suburban roofing materials distributor and a high-tech company. The end result is a tenant to fill long-empty space at 815 Enterprise in Dallas for the next 24 months.

Intervoice Inc. leased the space from Ericsson, but never moved in, Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas explains to GlobeSt.com. Now, JEH/Eagle Supply of Mansfield is taking over about one-third of the Ericsson building for the balance of Intervoice’s commitment.
