The seller of the eight-building complex was Barrow Street CREC Crosspointe LP.

The company plans improvements at the complex, which is being renamed the Golden Glades Office Park. Major tenants at the complex include IDS Telecom, Precision Response Corp., ATI College of Health and the Miami-Dade School Board.

The office complex is located on the north side of the Palmetto Expressway, adjacent to the Golden Glades Interchange, which offers quick access to the city and Fort Lauderdale.

Jeremy S. Larkin, president of NAI Miami, represented Golden Glades Associates LLP in the transaction.

George Livingston, chairman, president and CEO of NAI Realvest in Orlando, presented the opportunity when Golden Glades Associates expressed intentions to expand their South Florida locations. Golden Glades Associates liked the complex because of its location, favorable price and low occupancy, which gave it a chance to create added value by leasing the rest of the property, according to a spokesperson.
