Miami Office Complex Sells for $12.4M

MIAMI-Golden Glades Associates LLP paid about $65.03 per sf to Barrow Street CREC Crosspointe LP for the eight-building, 190,684-sf complex Crosspointe at Golden Glades. The complex is being renamed Golden Glades Office Park.

MIAMI-Golden Glades Associates LLP has purchased Crosspointe at Golden Glades, a 190,684-sf office complex in the northeast area of the city, for $12.4 million. The price equates to almost $65.03 per sf.

The seller of the eight-building complex was Barrow Street CREC Crosspointe LP.

The company plans improvements at the complex, which is being renamed the Golden Glades Office Park. Major tenants at the complex include IDS Telecom, Precision Response Corp., ATI College of Health and the Miami-Dade School Board.
