The Mediterranean-style project—being developed by BAP Development Inc.--will be located on a 2.1-acre site at Clematis Street and Rosemary Avenue. Delivery of the project has been pushed back just a month and is anticipated by December 2004.
The project features one-, two- and three-bedroom flats, two-story loft units, as well as one- and two-bedroom ground-floor walk-up units. Units range in size from 738 sf to 2,035 sf. Residence prices begin at $210,000.
At press time, the project was more than 82% sold. The sales center recently moved to 527 Clematis.
"We are now located on the busy Clematis Street thoroughfare, which is very pedestrian-friendly," says sales manager Lisa McKeon. "The high visibility coupled with the sight of an active construction area will reinforce the arrival of 610 Clematis."
