Founded in 1996, JRT provides tenant representation, leasing and sales brokerage and property management. The firm has more than five million sf in office and industrial properties nationwide. "JRT is the preeminent women-owned real estate firm," says Bruce Mosler, C&W's president, US operations.

"The business was growing and we needed a national platform," Jodi Pulice, founder and president of JRT, tells GlobeSt.com. The firm had a five-year alliance with Insignia/ESG that was terminated by the merger with CB Richard Ellis earlier this year. "Cushman and Wakefield has a very progressive program. They're a cutting edge real estate firm. I see continual growth for us. It's the best move."

JRT's clients include TIAA-CREF, the FDIC and the United Nations Federal Credit Union. The firm has won numerous awards, including the 2002 National Minority Business Council Outstanding Business of the Year. In addition, a team of JRT brokers was nominated for the 2001 REBNY "Deal of the Year" award.
