McWinn Acquires 36,888-SF Oceanside Asset

SAN DIEGO-Located at 3931 Oceanic Dr., the asset is a single-tenant industrial facility that stands within the Ocean Ranch business park. The building is occupied by Robert Mann Packaging, which holds a ten-year lease here.

SAN DIEGO-Carlsbad-based McWinn Corp. has recently added an Oceanside industrial asset to its portfolio, having snapped up a newly completed building in the 200-acre, master-planned Ocean Ranch business park developed by Stirling Enterprises LLC.

Located at 3931 Oceanic Dr., McWinn’s newly acquired industrial facility encompasses a total of 36,888 sf. It is a single-tenant property that includes 3,000 sf of built-out office space and 1,500 sf of mezzanine space, as well as 87 parking spaces, a 20-year, three-ply roof system with a 22-ft clear height and grade-level truck doors. Robert Mann Packaging is the current tenant here, having recently signed a 10-year lease to occupy the building.
