The new facility, approximately 110 miles north of London, will replace the two sites currently occupied by Laddaw in Bedford and nearby Leicester. Glyn Grayson, managing director for Laddaw, said: "Our current Bedford site does not allow us to service a national customer base and we have addressed this issue by relocating to Interlink's more nationally accessible site."

Interlink, part of the Bardon business park, currently has over 200,000 sf of developed space with occupiers including European chocolate manufacturer Nestle and Canon.
