Arlington has also recently secured a deal with David Lloyd Leisure to provide a state of the art leisure centre for park occupiers and the local community on a site adjacent to the park's existing hotel and pub. The centre will contain indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a health and fitness suite, indoor swimming pool, crèche and shop.

Oxford Business Park will eventually provide a total of 1.345 million sf of office space on an 88-acre site on the city's Eastern Bypass. After eight years of development, 35 companies including the Inland Revenue; BT; Vodafone; Blackwell Publishing and Harley Davidson now occupy a total of 750,000 sf.

The Oxfam transaction will continue the high level of development activity at Oxford Business Park. Arlington has also now completed the first phase of Hailwood, the next speculative development at the Park. Two buildings of 21,352 and 13,526 sf are available at quoting rents of £22.50 ($35) per sf and consent exists for three more buildings of 13,608; 11,092 and 16,508 sf.

Strutt & Parker is letting agent and Oxfam was represented by VSL & Partners.
