Financial terms of Washington Gas's lease agreement with building leasing agent Studley have not been released, but Studley's Julie Rayfield tells GlobeSt.com that space in the 10-story building goes for as low as $16 per-sf for concourse level offices, to as much as $65 per sf for offices on the top floor. "All these changes will improve the work environment for employees, increase operating efficiencies, address the company's growing business needs and support the corporate strategy of fostering a high-performance culture," Washington Gas CEO James H. DeGraffenreidt Jr. says of the relocation and other company activities.
