William Crawford, Development Surveyor for Arlington said: "Our flexible product has been able to satisfy the increase in occupier demand for quality accommodation." He said the same approach would now be applied to the next speculative office scheme, which will consist of 48,000 sf, available over eight buildings ranging from 3,200 to 10,400 sf. "We will be offering a number of buildings freehold as well as leasehold and we anticipate starting development in November this year with completion in September 2004," Crawford said.

Strutt & Parker and Alder King acted for Arlington. CMG Logica was represented by Fulcrum and Detica by Atis Real Weatheralls.
