Arlington Goes for More Spec Space at Gloucester

LONDON-Business Park developer Arlington Securities has agreed the final lettings at the Lansdowne Court office development at Gloucester Business Park and announced a new speculative phase at the park.

LONDON-As the final unit in the Lansdowne Court office development at the 220-acre Gloucester Business Park is let, developer Arlington Securities has unveiled plans for a further speculative phase at the park.

CMG Logica has taken the 5,210-sf ground floor of 1220 Lansdowne Court on a five-year lease at £16.25 ($26) per sf. Detica has taken the 5,332-sf first floor on a ten-year lease expiring in 2013 at £15 ($24) per sf. And Capula has taken 3,467 sq ft on a five-year lease at £15 ($24) per sf.

Now fully let, Lansdowne Court comprises 60,000 sf in seven office buildings arranged in a courtyard. Existing tenants include Care First, Lithotech International, Legris, MessageLabs, National Care Standards Commission, Star Technology Group and Select Business Solutions.
