The Montclair is being developed by Alan Lieberman and Gregg Covin. It was designed by architect Chad Oppenheim. Developers are estimating the project will break ground within the next couple of months, but do not have an exact date set.

The lofts are priced between $321,000 and $700,000, and units range in size from 1,050 sf to 2,300 sf. The lofts will have 11-ft. floor-to-ceiling windows, Italian-style stainless steel kitchens and appliances, modern bathrooms, and private balconies and terraces.

The Montclair was more than 60% sold at press time. South Beach Investment Realty is the exclusive sales agency for the project.
