In Baltimore, topping the list of appointments is company senior vice president and principal, Gregory C. Pinkard, who has been named to the board of directors. Robert M. Gettier, has been promoted to the position of CPA assistant vice president, and will handle financial reporting and budgeting. And vice president Craig E. Eney now carries the title of owner and principal.

North Carolina is seeing changes as well, with vice presidents James P. Allaire and Lawrence M. Shaw getting the new titles of owner and principal. It was back in 1998 when Colliers Pinkard expanded its Mid-Atlantic reach by opening its first North Carolina office. The second office in the state debuted the following year.
