Development Plans Filed For Paulding, Cherokee Counties

ATLANTA-Arrowhead Development of Dallas, GA plans a mixed-use project on 340 acres in southwest Paulding County that will include 48,000 sf of commercial and office space and about 700 homes. BridgeMill developers Don Davis and Brett Blevins plan Towne Mill, a 431-acre, 575-townhome and single-family community with undetermined commercial space near Canton in Cherokee County.

ATLANTA-The Atlanta Regional Commission is reviewing plans filed for two large mixed-use developments in fast-growing Cherokee and Paulding counties.

Arrowhead Development of Dallas, GA plans Mulberry Township, a mixed-use project on 340 acres in southwest Paulding that will include 48,000 sf of commercial and office space and about 700 homes, according to preliminary plans filed with the commission. The development, on Mulberry Rock Road at Billy Bullock Road, is expected to be completed in seven years.
