Called Meridian Incentive Advisors Inc., the firm is a joint venture of Jeff Harris, John Robinson, and Sam Smith, principals of Meridian Real Estate, Indiana's lagrest locally owned commercial brokerage firm, and Leslie Rubin, owner/founder of Concord Economic Development Services LLC, which assisted several companies in landing $57 million worth of incentives for their development projects.

The new company combines Rubin's experience in the segment with Meridian Real Estate's multi-market capabilities to provide existing and future clients with a service that will reduce their cost of doing business, according to Harris, President of Meridian Real Estate. The new company's office is located at 9000 Keystone Crossing in Indianapolis.

Prior to forming Concord Economic Development Services, the business of which has been folded into Meridian Incentive Advisors, Rubin worked in the economic development field for more than a decade, including public service as an Administrator for the Division of Planning with the Department of Metropolitan Development, City of Indianapolis. She also has operated and managed two biotechnology businesses; and successfully secured and administered grants.
