New Firm to Source Economic Development Incentives

INDIANAPOLIS, IN-A group of Indiana brokers and an economic development specialist have formed a new firm that plans to identify and pursue economic development incentives for clients nationally and internationally.

Called Meridian Incentive Advisors Inc., the firm is a joint venture of Jeff Harris, John Robinson, and Sam Smith, principals of Meridian Real Estate, Indiana’s lagrest locally owned commercial brokerage firm, and Leslie Rubin, owner/founder of Concord Economic Development Services LLC, which assisted several companies in landing $57 million worth of incentives for their development projects.

The new company combines Rubin’s experience in the segment with Meridian Real Estate’s multi-market capabilities to provide existing and future clients with a service that will reduce their cost of doing business, according to Harris, President of Meridian Real Estate. The new company’s office is located at 9000 Keystone Crossing in Indianapolis.
