PM Realty Wins Perimeter 400 Center Contract

ATLANTA-Owner Primrose Properties LP of New York picks the local office of the Houston-based brokerage firm which leases and manages other Primrose assets across the country. Insignia previously had the Perimeter 400 Center contract.

ATLANTA-A close working relationship with New York-based Primrose Properties LP has brought a new leasing and management contract to the local office of PM Realty Group. Giving up the contract for the 358,000-sf Perimeter Center 400 office building is the local office of Insignia.

The value and length of the contract for the two-building property wasn’t disclosed. But area brokers tell GlobeSt.com PM is expected to have a formidable job in leasing up the complex as office vacancies near the 25% mark in some area submarkets and rents continue to tumble. The 18-year-old Perimeter Center is at 67% occupancy.
