HOUSTON-A credit services firm has added 6,616 sf to its 2,200-sf lease after looking around the Westchase submarket for a larger office and then staying put in its address of the last five years.

Southwest Credit Card Services Ltd. renewed early and expanded at the 60,000-sf Woodchase Building I at 2950 S. Gessner Rd. Steve Rocher and Kristen Porter, both in Grubb & Ellis Co.’s Houston office, hold the leasing assignment for building owner, BMS Management of Houston.
