The Fairfield, CT-based company first opened an office at the Union Meeting center in 1993. The new lease represents more than half of the total 129,452 sf of office space in the three, two-story buildings. Amber, PA-based Lynch Martinez Architects designed the class A, three-building complex.

Jon Sarkisian and Dennis Durkin, EVPs in the local office of CB Richard Ellis, represented IMS in negotiations with REIT Management & Research LLC, owner of buildings A and B. Among the other tenants in the buildings are Aetna, Intelhealth and Travelers Insurance.

IMS is a worldwide supplier of pharmaceutical market intelligence, analysis and services. It has offices in more than 100 countries and annual revenues of $1.4 billion.
