In one deal, Kimley-Horn Associates Inc. leased 8,434 sf of office space at the plaza, at 5100 N.W. 33rd Ave. The lease is for 42 months. In addition, Switch Gate International LLC leased 3,095 sf of office space at 3201 W. Commercial Blvd. This lease is for 38 months. In the third deal, Atlantic Pioneer Mortgage leased 2,338 sf of office space at 3201 W. Commercial Blvd. The lease is for 48 months.
The direct weighted average class A rental rate for the city's central business district, according to Cushman & Wakefield's second-quarter Broward County office report, is $28.71 per sf.
Robert McCullough and Carlo DiGiorgio of Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International, represented the property owner, NTS Corp., in all the leasing transactions. In the third transaction, Greg Lyon of Equis Corp. represented Atlantic Pioneer Mortgage.
