Clancy Named as Durst COO

NEW YORK CITY-Timothy J. Clancy, a real estate executive with 27 years of management and engineering experience, has been appointed the new COO of the Durst Organization, succeeding James J. Migliore, who recently left the firm to establish a consulting practice.

“As we continue to place growing emphasis on cutting-edge, environmentally sophisticated building systems, Tim’s very deep experience in both engineering and management makes him an excellent fit for the Durst Organization,” says Jody Durst, co-president, who is also an engineer by training.”

Most recently, Clancy was senior managing director of operations for Colliers ABR, the New York-based affiliate of Colliers International, where was responsible for a 30-building portfolio comprising 16 million sf of office space.
