Eli and Mary Bogdanovich of metro Phoenix purchased the 8,544-sf building, located along South 6th Avenue, from seller Millennium Homes. Built in 1982, the one-story office property has been occupied by the Social Security Administration since 1996. The property is located minutes from the Interstate 10, 1-17, Tucson International Airport and the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. Commercial realty firm Sperry Van Ness represented the seller in the transaction.
"This property was attractive to the buyer because of the tremendous upside possibilities and lease renewal opportunity," says Dan Gluhaich with Irvine, CA-based Sperry Van Ness. "Located in a fast-growing community, the surrounding area includes a new grocery-anchored retail center constructed in 2002."
