$1.1M Corners 8,544-SF Office Building

TUCSON-A Phoenix-area couple takes title to a building along South 6th Avenue that's been leased to the Social Security Administration for the last seven years. The broker says the upside lies in the lease renewal opportunity.

TUCSON-Private investors have spent $1.1 million to purchase the Social Security Administration Building in South Tucson.

Eli and Mary Bogdanovich of metro Phoenix purchased the 8,544-sf building, located along South 6th Avenue, from seller Millennium Homes. Built in 1982, the one-story office property has been occupied by the Social Security Administration since 1996. The property is located minutes from the Interstate 10, 1-17, Tucson International Airport and the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. Commercial realty firm Sperry Van Ness represented the seller in the transaction.
