French Consulate Inks 10-Year Lease in New Building

MIAMI-The 8,500-sf lease is estimated to be worth about $2.72 million. Espirito Santo Plaza, the 35-story, class A office tower, condominium and luxury hotel under development here, is planning a December occupancy.

MIAMI-The French Consulate has signed a 10-year lease for about 8,500 sf of office space in the Espirito Santo Plaza, a 35-story, class A office tower, condominium and luxury hotel being built here.

This lease brings the total sf leased in the building to 130,000. Asking rental rates in the building range from $31 per sf to $33 per sf, making the deal worth an estimated $2.72 million.

The French Consulate is relocating its local office from Downtown to the plaza. William Holly, president of Holly Real Estate, represented the building in the transaction.
