Smith Barney, which is a division of Citibank Global Markets Inc., will occupy the entire third floor of the building, according to the terms of the 10.5-year lease. The transaction is valued at $6.2 million.

Ron Miller and Pascal Aubry-Dumand of Burnham Real Estate Services acted on behalf of The Shidler Group. The lessee, Citigroup Global Markets dba Smith Barney, was represented by Dave Marino of Irving Hughes.
