Next Door Looking Good to Research Boulevard Center Tenant

ROCKVILLE, MD-Information technology and health sciences solutions provider Z-Tech Corp. has made a move next door that allows it to consolidate lease agreements and increase its office space. Z-Tech has signed on for 18,000 sf at 1803 Research Blvd.–also known as Research Boulevard Center 2–which will allow the company to rid itself of three separate leases it had in the building at 1801 Research Blvd., or Research Boulevard Center 1. Space in the 20-year-old, 123,000-sf structure at 1803 is listed at $25.50 per sf with real estate services firm McShea & Co, which represented property owner TA Associates. CRESA partners stood in for the tenant in the transaction.
