Space at the industrial facility, which sits right off I-193, leases for $4.50 to $6.50 per-sf. With Brand Scaffold's commitment, the 35-year-old structure is just over 68% occupied.

"This site was ideal for Brand Scaffold Builders because of the availability of outside storage space at the project, a key ingredient for their business operations," says Alan Coppola of real estate services firm NAI KLNB, which represented the property owner in the deal. "Approximately four to five acres of storage space is available at the 32-acre project, an amenity not typically found in local real estate projects."

Other tenants in the single-story facility include Lucas Communications and TVI Corp.
