Budget Blinds Moves HQ

ORANGE, CA-The window covering franchise firm buys a 25,200-sf industrial building for $2.37 million.

ORANGE, CA-Budget Blinds, one of the nation’s largest franchisers of window covering outlets, has acquired a 25,200-sf industrial building that will serve as its new headquarters, according to Daum Commercial Real Estate Services.

Chris Migliori of the Anaheim office of Daum says Budget plans to move into its new facility on Dec. 31 in a relocation from its existing headquarters on West Taft Avenue in Orange. The building occupies 1.7 acres of land at 1927 Glassell St. Migliori represented the seller of the building, Douglas Rossman, with Joe Williams and Mike Merk, also in Daum’s Anaheim office, representing Budget Blinds.Established in 1992, Budget provides custom window coverings, including blinds, shutters, shades and drapes for residential and commercial use. With 350 locations in 39 states, the company reports annual sales at $60 million.
