Delfina Amarillas will use the 1,570-sf building at 5701 N. Black Canyon Highway in Phoenix for an accounting office. The buyer paid $120,000 for the building and 17,765-sf lot to seller, the Arizona Contractors Association Inc. in a deal bundled by Laura Becker of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services in Phoenix.

Daum brokers Kirk Jenkins, Steve McKendry and Sarge Glenn structured a long-term lease that put the Picacho Trading Post into a 50,943-sf building on 15.6 acres at 817 Eleven Miler Corner in Eloy. The tenant is a national distributor of dry chlorine and chlorinating materials.

Jenkins and McKendry represented the building owner, Baxter Harris of Phoenix. Glenn negotiated for Picacho Trading Post.
