Derwent Valley Deal Underpins City Fringe Market

LONDON-Derwent Valley Holdings has leased another 25,000 sf in its 187,000-sf Olivers Yard building in the City Fringe in London EC2. Sage Publications is paying pounds 24 ($40) per sf.

LONDON-Central London office specialist Derwent Valley Holdings has let 25,084 sf of office space at Oliver’s Yard, London EC2. Sage Publications has taken the entire third floor on a 10-year leaseat a rent of £606,016 ($1 million) per annum.

The rent is based on £24 ($40) per sf. and the tenant will receive a 15-month rent free period, with an option to break at the end of the fifth year. And the developer said terms have been agreed on a further 42,800 sf at Oliver’s Yard, leaving 48,600 sf available in the 187,000-sf building.
