BALTIMORE COUNTY-Leasing efforts for the first phase of the 37-acre Bare Hills Business Center–which will ultimately be a 200,000-sf park of single- and two-story brick flex buildings along the Falls Rd. corridor–have been proven successful with news that the approximately 50,000-sf structure has been fully leased. NAI KLNB has been charged with overseeing the leasing up of the property on behalf of developer and owner Continental Realty Corp. Terms of the tenants’ lease agreements are not being disclosed, but NAI KLNB’s Michael Mull tells GlobeSt.com that the asking price for space in the park is in the mid-teens.

“The extremely rapid leasing pace and the quality of the tenants bodes well for the balance of Bare Hill Business Center,” says NAI KLNB’s Bill Miller.
