In a lease valued in excess of $1 million, STI Computers extends an existing lease and expands to the full 14,380 sf in single-story Building C, Pinebrook II, at Pinebrook Business Center here. Dallas-based Archon Group is the owner.

The property is located at 2550 Eisenhower Ave. STI established its headquarters there with a lease for 10,000 sf in the late 1990s. The new commitment extends to the later years of this decade. STI, a medical computer systems supplier, also has offices in New Jersey and New York.

Body Rebuilders, which provides physical and sports therapy and training, inks a five-year lease for 10,400 sf at One Bala Plaza in Bala Cynwyd, PA. This more than triples the company's initial 3,000-sf lease for the first floor of the six-story 365,256-sf building on St. Asaphs Road, which was signed in 2000.

Its office and treatment facilities expand to portions of the first floor and ground level of the building owned by One Bala Plaza Inc. The aggregate value of the new lease exceeds $500,000.

Gene McHale, president of Conshohocken, PA-based Beacon Commercial Real Estate, represented the owner in negotiations with Body Rebuilders and was the sole agent representing Archon and STI in the Pinebrook transaction.
