Body Rebuilders and STI Computers Expand in the Suburbs

NORRISTOWN, PA-The supplier of medical computer systems fills all 14,380 sf of an Archon-owned building at Pinebrook Business Center here. The physical therapy provider triples its space at One Bala Plaza in Bala Cynwyd.

NORRISTOWN, PA-In separate transactions, two suburban-based companies ink leases for significantly expanded space.

In a lease valued in excess of $1 million, STI Computers extends an existing lease and expands to the full 14,380 sf in single-story Building C, Pinebrook II, at Pinebrook Business Center here. Dallas-based Archon Group is the owner.

The property is located at 2550 Eisenhower Ave. STI established its headquarters there with a lease for 10,000 sf in the late 1990s. The new commitment extends to the later years of this decade. STI, a medical computer systems supplier, also has offices in New Jersey and New York.
