The complex, on 12 acres at 3655 N.W. 87th Ave. in the Doral area, consists of a 10-story building and a six-story building. The buildings are connected by a conference center. Previously, Carnival handled facilities management in house.

"The decision to outsource the management of our headquarters facility was an easy one," says Paul Zacharski, Carnival Cruise Lines' SVP of finance and administration. "Their (Cushman & Wakefield's) expertise in managing commercial real estate will allow us to focus more attention on our core business operations."

The team that will manage the complex includes Douglas G. Campbell, C&W's executive director based in the company's local office, Michael Mire, a senior managing director of asset services in the company's Houston office and Steve Sumell, director of asset services for C&W in Florida.
