Two Return to Grubb & Ellis as VPs in South Florida

MIAMI-Brian DiRienzo and Grant Savage specialize in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, retail and hotel properties. DiRienzo will be based in Boca Raton, and Savage will be based here.

MIAMI-Brian DiRienzo and Grant Savage have returned to Grubb & Ellis Co. in South Florida as vice presidents of the Investment Services Group.Both of them specialize in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, retail and hotel properties, including existing facilities as well as vacant land for development.

“At a time in the industry when owners are demanding a complete line of value-added services, Brian and Grant will be an integral part of our full-service approach to institutional and local clients,” says Jonathan Kingsley, managing director and executive vice president.

DiRienzo, who has more than 20 years’ commercial real estate experience in investment sales and consulting, previously was a senior investment adviser with Marcus & Millichap.
