"This represents an expansion of their operations, and allows them additional room to grow," Alan Coppola of real estate services firm NAI KLNB, which handles leasing for the property, notes.

The company's lease comes on the heels of another recent lease agreement at the site where Brand Scaffold Builders committed to 17,000 sf of space. The property, located on a 32-acre parcel off I-193, is now nearly 70% occupied. In addition to Brand Scaffold, Lucas Communications and TVI Corp. will be neighbors to Popowski Brothers. The 35-year-old single-story property's locale also provides nearly five acres of storage space.
