Glenn Dale Welcomes Another Tenant in 10,000-SF Deal

GLENN DALE, MD-The 316,000-sf Glenn Dale Business Center opens its doors to a new tenant with disaster services concern Popowski Brothers Inc.'s leasing of 9,200 sf of space.

GLENN DALE, MD-Disaster restoration company Popowski Brothers Inc.–which is undoubtedly busy helping businesses and private citizens recover from the disastrous effects of Hurricane Isabel–has taken on 9,200 sf of space at the 316,000-sf Glenn Dale Business Center. Room at the center, which carries the address of 7100 Holladay Tyler Rd., leases for $4.50 to $6.50 per sf.
