Phase 1 of the scheme, completed in early 2003, comprised 82,000 sf in nine units, seven of which have already been let or sold. The new scheme will provide 14 units ranging in size between 3,900 and 20,500 sf. Again, they will be available either on a freehold basis or on flexible leases from three years upwards. Completion is due in Spring 2004.

DTZ and SBH.M25 are joint letting agents. Paul Mussi at SBH.M25 said: "There is a particularly strong indigenous market which continues to be a good source of demand, and we are encouraged by the terms we have already agreed on pre-sales of four of the units, in advance of construction commencing."
