IOG Wins East London Industrial Consent

LONDON Industrial specialist IOG has been given the green light for a 91,000-sf speculative second phase of its River Road warehouse scheme at Barking in East London.

LONDON-Industrial property developer IOG has been granted detailed planning permission by the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham for a 91,000-sf multi-unit warehouse scheme on River Road in Barking, East London. The scheme will complete the development of IOG’s 9-acre site in River Road

Phase 1 of the scheme, completed in early 2003, comprised 82,000 sf in nine units, seven of which have already been let or sold. The new scheme will provide 14 units ranging in size between 3,900 and 20,500 sf. Again, they will be available either on a freehold basis or on flexible leases from three years upwards. Completion is due in Spring 2004.
