Many of the public areas are almost completed as well, including the lobby, the pool deck overlooking the Intracoastal and the spa, which is being completed in two phases. Each phase of the project consists of a 30-story, 223-residence, $110 million tower. Residence prices start in the $700,000s and go to $2.9 million. Each tower offers two-, three- and four-bedroom homes ranging from 3,000 sf to 3,900 sf, as well as single-level penthouses of up to 6,900 sf. Each residence features vistas to the east and west.

Amenities include a spa, a tropically themed fitness center, a barbecue area, lighted tennis courts, a dog walk, concierge services, a 24-hour-attended grand lobby, valet parking and a multi-level, covered parking garage.
